A hand-drawn adoptable for Squiby. I drew the wizard which is part of a story I made up. It was fun as did most by hand and then used PSP X to finish the look of the hat, wand and use of filter to make lightning.

There were a few touch ups as arthritis is really a pain now and straight anything is getting harder for me.

He is the wizard as part of ~Enchanted~ the previous adoptable which features the witch who he freed from a spell.

Here is the story I mentioned but a short version.

There once was a Witch named Pure Heart and she had a companion (pet) Bat.

The story unfolds as she is in the dark berry forest one day and a rival witch Admire Me got jealous that a male shaman named Truth was interested in Pure Heart.

To keep them apart from ever meeting she casted an evil spell (enchanted) Pure Heart. She was then trapped in a glass mirror ball. The wicked witch Admire Me then married the Shaman.

One day a traveling Wizard named Mighty One took pity on Pure Heart when he heard the story from little faes and found her in the forest.

He jerked his wand and chanted some words of love and broke the spell. Instantly Pure Heart was freed. She died 40 years later but the Wizard lives on.

However, it is said she haunts the forest looking for Admire Me but until then she visits on Halloween to give treats to those trick or treating.

One day she will be totally happy once she is re-united with the Wizard who freed her. He is soon to join her forever.

I have since revised the wizard's face, hair and beard since its first release to Squiby. Thanks and hope for more feedback.
